Insurance Risk and Profitability Dashboard

Analyzed 9,500 insurance policy records across 18 variables to identify risk patterns, claim severity trends, and factors affecting underwriting profitability. Cleaned and validated the data, created calculated metrics, and built an interactive Tableau dashboard with KPI, regional, and segmentation views.

Outcome: Identified higher-risk customer segments and geographic areas with elevated claim severity and lower underwriting margins, supporting recommendations for underwriting and pricing decisions.
